Dunshaughlin Harvest Festival Blasts Off!

This year’s Dunshaughlin Harvest Festival (26th-29th Sept) is going into orbit …… literally! The festival features a Space lab, Planetarium and Build a Rocket Workshop. Budding astronauts will get the unique opportunity to build their own rocket and launch it themselves.

Music lovers are in for a treat too. The festival opens with the launch concert – A Fusion of World Music in celebration of the Gathering. Featuring local singers, dancers and musicians – the concert promises to be a carnival celebration, taking the audience around the world in a celebration of music and dance.

One of the biggest hits from last year’s festival, Giant Musical Chairs, is back again! Leave your dignity at home, have your elbows at the ready and be prepared for riotous fun – it’s not every day you get the chance to be a kid again!
